The heavy set white lady with glasses that took my order was pretty rude. She spoke to us like we were dumb and lacked social skills. She came off passive aggressive and it was uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back.

I had a fantastic drive-thru experience this morning. The girl at the window was incredibly welcoming and cheerful, which really brightened my morning. I also appreciated her offering me their newest coupons - that was a pleasant surprise. Considering I do believe overhearing that the AC was out on the inside, the staff was absolutely rocking it! My Power Stack sandwich was hot, delicious, and is honestly at the top of my list for breakfast sandwiches. Very good! Highly recommend!!

Be ware customers the drive threw are selling punctured cups to spill in your car all the coffee. The drive threw girl gave me a punctured cup, my whole coffee was spilled in my car. I called to complain, she did not have the decency to refund me or replace it. Will never buy coffee from this specific chain anymore in westland, I still have a feeling that can be on purpose done. And I will report and start a ticket. Be ware customers they are selling punctured cups to spill ok your car. This is the worst coffee shop experience of my life, place being managed by literally teenagers who are actually toddlers.

Roman is awesome!!! One of my favorite things will always be having lovely interactions with cool people. He is so kind, made sure I ordered my drink correctly by asking questions, and made a phenomenal raspberry mocha🫰🏼
